Harmony Ultra Soft Nylon Spandex Double Knit is a 4-way stretch performance fabric built for high-intensity activewear, dancewear, and performance costuming. Made from 69% nylon and 31% spandex, this double-knit construction combines a soft, brushed hand with strong 4-way recovery, so it moves with the body instead of fighting it. At 210 GSM, it has enough substance to hold its shape in compression garments and base layers while staying breathable and quick-drying.
