Will my cutter or manufacturer accept the files?
Yes. Patterns export as AutoCAD R14 DXF — the industry standard accepted by Gerber AccuMark, Lectra Modaris, Optitex, and CLO 3D — with each graded size on its own labeled layer, plus SVG, PNG, print-at-scale PDF, and a graded measurement CSV.
Are patterns really made for my exact measurements?
Yes. Every pattern is drafted from the body measurements you enter — bust, waist, hips, torso, inseam — not from generic size charts. Ease, seam allowance, and grain direction are calculated automatically for your numbers.
How does size grading work?
The Pattern Maker re-drafts your design across a full 10-size run using professional grade rules — 2″ circumference steps (3″ above size 16) and 3/8″ length steps — and you can add custom sizes for your cutter. Every size exports as its own DXF layer and CSV row.
