Blue Moon Fabrics’ Embroidered Mesh collection contains floral embroidery, sequins, rhinestones and other surface details for formalwear, couture and costume projects. Genevieve Embroidered Mesh features large-scale flowers on non-stretch polyester mesh. Renaissance Stretch Mesh Sequin combines embroidered sequins with 2-way stretch. These examples offer different amounts of movement and should be matched to the needs of the garment.
Compare Stretch, Width and Embellishment Placement
The non-stretch floral example is listed as 100% polyester, 230 gsm, with a 58-inch usable width; the sequin example is 93% polyester and 7% spandex, 175 gsm, with a 54-inch cut width. These measurements apply only to the linked fabrics. Review individual care instructions, and plan lining, support, embroidery placement and seams before cutting an overlay or fitted panel.
